What is “Legalize LA?”
We’re probably not the first to report on this we’re sure, but we know a lot of you guys have probably ran into the “Legalize LA” billboards all over the streets of Manhattan. We actually looked up “Legalize LA,” and found the true meaning behind the posters/billboards. It seems Legalize LA is an effort put forth from the American Apparel team to be pro-immigration. California seems to be the mecca of immigration with Mexico just a few miles south of San Diego, so the ad-campaign has truth behind it when it uses LA (it’s most recognizable city) to promote the cause.
